Scaffolding supervisor • Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. Day to day you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
