Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Cass County, Minnesota. The job is at a textile finishing unit. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine You will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; give each garment a final press before packing; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
