The role involves sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Rotating shifts.
