Chef de partie — Clark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clark County, Kansas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
