Cnc setter-operator wanted in Elmore County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Elmore County, Alabama. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
