Powder coating operator — Johnston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Johnston County, North Carolina. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 2+ years on the tools preferred.
