Blocklayer — Jasper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Jasper County, Missouri. You will be based on a commercial construction site. The role involves: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Meals and transport allowance provided.
