Prep cook — Rock County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Rock County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
