Toolroom milling operator • Wayne County, Mississippi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Wayne County, Mississippi. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
