Dishwashing attendant — Johnston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Johnston County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
