Gas commissioning technician — Cabarrus County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Driving licence for travel between sites • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches The role involves lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
