Gas pipeline fitter — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a gas distribution network. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
