Urgent requirement: kitchen steward (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Pulaski County, Illinois. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
