Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
