Rigging foreman wanted in Anderson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Anderson County, South Carolina. You will be based at a container port. You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
