Join our team: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Marshall County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing Requirements: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
