Now hiring: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Shira, Bauchi State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards The role involves mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Pay around ₦1,650 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
