Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Crittenden County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $220 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
