Bread and bun maker — Saint Louis County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
