Powder coater — Kwami

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Kwami, Gombe State. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
