Vacancy available: kitchen porter (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Fayette County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
