Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Gem County, Idaho. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
