Immediate opening: tyre technician (Edo)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre technician in Uhunmwonde, Edo. You will be based at a car service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly Rotating shifts.
