We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bagudo, Kebbi State. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
