Gas installation technician • Carter County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Carter County, Montana. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion On a typical shift you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
