Falsework carpenter — Lincoln Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
