Digger driver — Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a digger driver in Jefferson County, Colorado. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. On a typical shift you will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
