Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Greenup County, Kentucky. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
