Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
