Groundskeeper — Mackinac County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Mackinac County, Michigan. The job is in a public park. On a typical shift you will weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings. You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
