Bread baker wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Monroe County, New York. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $170 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
