Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
