Lift installation engineer — Ashe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Ashe County, North Carolina. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. You will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
