Advanced scaffolder — Wilkinson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Wilkinson County, Mississippi. The job is at a shipyard. You will erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
