Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Hempstead County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
