Counter butcher • Darlington, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Darlington, England. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
