Rebar foreman — South Ayrshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in South Ayrshire, Scotland. You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Full-time with occasional weekends.
