MIG welder — Lancaster County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
