Immediate opening: oven operator (North Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Dickey County, North Dakota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
