Commercial painter — Kimble County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial painter in Kimble County, Texas. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
