Vacancy available: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. The job is in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently The role involves: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
