Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Williams County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
