Counter butcher — Sandamu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Sandamu, Katsina State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
