Immediate opening: we are hiring a road roller operator in Yazoo County, Mississippi. You will be based at a landfill site. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings You will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
