Production line inspector — Kleberg County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line inspector in Kleberg County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
