Dough maker — Crisp County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Crisp County, Georgia. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
