Gardener — Buncombe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Buncombe County, North Carolina. You will work in a botanical garden. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
