Formwork carpenter • Madison County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Madison County, Mississippi. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Good eye for detail and a clean finish On a typical shift you will plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
