Framing carpenter — Carter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Carter County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work You will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
