Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Randolph County, Alabama. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
